We started Integrity Property Management for a simple reason: owners and property managers deserve one company that actually handles everything. Based in Grand Rapids, we manage commercial and residential property end to end — the leases, the rent, the contracts, and every repair, done directly by our own crew. We treat each property as if it were our own: doing what we said we would and telling you the truth about what we find. Integrity is not a tagline for us. It is the whole point.
